Drum circles can be found in community centers, music stores, churches, festivals, and local parks. Even on your own, you can include rhythm and drumming in your everyday life and health practice.

Christine is an internationally acclaimed speaker and music therapist. Her company UpBeat Drum Circles (www.upbeatdrumcircles.com), offers diversity training, teambuilding, and wellness presentations through drumming. She has presented workshops world-wide, including Hong Kong, Brazil, South Africa, Japan, and Western Europe.

Christine has appeared on NBC, CBS and Living Better TV. She has worked with many major organizations including DuPont, Verizon, Kaiser Permanente, the Department of Defense and Texas A & M. She has also set up drumming for survivors of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, and in northern Iraq with Kurds and Arabs for conflict-resolution and peace-making. She is the author of The Healing Drum Kit and The Art and Heart of Drum Circles.
