It seems with today's life pace, fast food, and hectic schedule even 40+ yr olds find themselves dragging. I know I do, and today, with parents having children later in life (yes, I have an infant) and most couples are dual income (meaning there's no housewife, darn it)...it's a struggle to keep healthy.
